FAQ's

How can I book?

Book direct with ZenPad Ltd. for a discounted rate – especially for multiple days. Must be booked with Bank transfer. Airbnb Booking.com
What is your cancellation policy?

We operate a 14 day cancellation policy. If you cancel before this period you will receive 100% of your booking back. If the country you are visiting is under national lockdown then you will receive 100% of your booking back. If the country you are travelling from has the country you are staying in on a no go list then you will receive 100% of your booking back.
Do you allow dogs?

For the majority of our properties we do not allow pets. We have several properties in more remote destinations which may permit pets but on the whole, unfortunately we do not. In order to make a booking with a pet you must reach out to us via booking@zenpad.co.uk before making a booking to be granted permission and ensure you do not break the terms and conditions of your stay. There may (not always) be a higher cleaning charge.
Do you have WiFi connection?

Yes, all our properties have high speed wifi available for your use during your stay.
How do I check in/check out?

We have an easy self check in process for each of our properties, you will receive all relevant details such as address information and keysafe codes 24 hours before check in. This allows you to arrive and check in at your leisure, upon leaving we require keys to be placed in the keysafe as you found them.
When will my security deposit be returned?

All security deposits will be returned within 7 days of checkout subject to housekeeping review.
Can I get early Check-in, or late Check-out?

As always - we will endeavour to assist whenever we can please email any requirements to laith@zenpad.co.uk
Can Zen Pad help with any additional services throughout my trip?

Absolutely, we can assist with tourist information, attraction ticket bookings, transport, celebration packages and more, please let us know your requirements at booking@zenpad.co.uk
